Jeffrey N. Barlow J.D., M.B.A, P.M.P.
Jeffrey N. Barlow has spent over 35 years working with courts, both as an attorney and as an information systems professional. Currently, he is a Justice Systems Consultant working with ImageSoft, Inc., providing services regarding the planning, development and deployment of strategic technology initiatives in courts and related justice system organizations. His background in law, the courts and related justice agencies includes ten years of private and public legal practice in Oregon, as well as over twenty years as systems analyst, business analyst, project manager and justice systems consultant. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from Western Oregon University, a Juris Doctor degree from Willamette University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar, and he holds certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Additionally, he is an experienced speaker and has presented at major court conferences nationally, including the National Center for State Court’s eCourts East and West conferences and its annual Court Technology Conference and various educational workshops.
